CLC conducts research and development work and offers training, consultancy and commissioned project delivery and/or implementation in human services, including program design, quality improvement, research and evaluation. It supports the development and delivery of SSLD programs, and provides clients service.

The SSLD system can serve individual clients and client systems that can be couples, families, groups, organizations, and communities.

SSLD is a system designed to help clients and client systems to address their needs and realize their desired goals through systematic learning and change.

The SSLD system has been applied to an ever-increasing range of human service contexts. SSLD practitioners, trainers, and consultants have created programs to address specific issues and challenges such as elderly service, dementia, addiction, mental health, insomnia and sleep related issues, early childhood education, developmental disorder, special education needs, youth problem, parenting, intimacy and interpersonal relationships, organizational development, program planning and implementation, management issues, human resource development, professional education, personal finance and wealth management, community development, etc.

• Centre for Learning and Change Limited (Hong Kong) is a company set up to support SSLD initiatives and related activities in Hong Kong. It works closely with CLC (Canada).
